I feel so guilty for making another unhealthy item this week. I keep saying that my goal for this summer is to eat healthier but it's extremely hard when J refuses to eat anything that's considered "healthy". I can't blame him, he needs the calories since he's so skinny.

I gave J three choices for starch to go with his Chicken Katsu. Shoyu ramen, rice or udon. He picked rice and I went with ramen with the pickled veggies I got from Daido this past Sunday. I stopped by my parents' house today hoping they would have a bottle of store bought tonkastu/katsu sauce but no luck. I turned to the trusted Google and found a really easy recipe on Allrecipes.com of couse I tweaked it a little. I cut down on the amount of Worchestershire sauce and added some orange juice.
